The River Oaks subdivision is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood located in the growing community of Pleasant Prairie. This almost vacation like subdivision has allowed residents, since 1978, to enjoy a 19 acre lake, 3 acre park and local bike trails with ease.

Covenants & Restrictions By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations
River Oaks PUD, Inc (Planned Urban Development) was incorporated “without stock, and not for profit” in Wisconsin, June 1988.
The original covenants & restrictions were filed in Kenosha County, WI on July 9, 1976. The listed By-Laws are the rules enacted by this association that provide the framework for its operation and management. Combined, the Covenants and Rules & Regulations provide our community regulations.
