The River Oaks 2011 homeowner association fee statements have been mailed out at this time. Due to increasing costs and a strong desire to provide River Oaks homeowners with the best services possible, for 2011, the fee has increased from $125.00 to $200.00 per house. This represents the first increase to the annual fee in nearly 25 years. With stewardship and strong financial leadership, we anticipate that there will not be a need to increase this fee for years to come.
