We are the River Oaks Homeowners Association. A non-for-profit volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like you. 

Together, we provide a unified and respected front to the Village of Pleasant Prairie, before the major institutions in Wisconsin that impact our community and in dealing with other private and non-profit interests that impact our quality of life and community. We on the Board remain committed, as we have for years, to protecting the interests of River Oaks by representing only one point of view; namely, the interest of the homeowners in River Oaks. We're far stronger than any possible number of homeowners acting individually.

What Can You Do? 
Although our unpaid volunteer homeowners donate hundreds of hours each year, we still have expenses. Your association fees go towards the improvement and maintenance of our community facilities and landscaping.  We also use the fees to hire professional consultants in such areas as lake, wildlife, and land improvement.
