Welcome to the River Oaks Homeowners Association
If you're like us, you chose to live in River Oaks because of its quiet and secluded almost vacation home like residential lifestyle. You made a substantial investment in your property, one that depends on keeping River Oaks an exceptional community. 

We're the River Oaks Homeowners Association, a volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like you. Since 1981, we’ve been fighting to protect our community from excessive growth, inappropriate development, and environmental threats. 

You and River Oaks Homeowners Association can do what an individual homeowner can't always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the River Oaks Homeowners Association to work for you. Together, we provide a unified and respected front to the Village of Pleasant Prairie and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and more importantly, where to send them), and what to say to whom. We're far stronger than any homeowner acting individually. 

We help improve your neighborhood and your quality of life by:

  • Improving the LAKE and PARK facilities
  • Reducing CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
  • Combating inappropriate DEVELOPMENT
  • Stopping ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS

Your Association Fees:

  • Support a unified and respected organization with clout at City Hall
  • Heighten the quality of the services we provide and thus your quality of life in River Oaks


Make Your Payment to River Oaks Home Owners Association

Although our unpaid volunteer homeowners donate hundreds of hours each year, we still have expenses. Your association fees go towards the improvement and maintenance of our community facilities and landscaping.  We also use the fees to hire professional consultants in such areas as lake, wildlife, and land improvement.

By taking a moment to support the River Oaks Homeowners Association with your check, you give us the means necessary to protect our mutual interests. The more support we have, the stronger we are, and the better the job we can do.
